All of our floor boards are moisture resistant in case of roof leak and water ingress.

All of our floors are raised up on timber joists to allow for loft insulation below the floor boards.

This also provides extra stability and makes sure the new sub floor is strong thus ensuring there is no cracking to the ceilings below.
