Abru 2 section loft ladder for only £140 including vat and a new plywood drop down hatch door
The ladder is made in the United Kingdom by a British company called Abru.
The model number is 36000 and the ladder has a british standards number BS EN14975.
The specifications for this ladder are as follows:
- Maximum floor to loft floor height is 2.69 metres, which converts to 8.8 feet
- maximum load of 100kg or 15.8 stones
- large d rungs for comfort and stability
- conforms to BS 7553 Class G.
- Unique friction guides for smooth and easy operation
- Please note that there are restrictions to loft opening sizes, and they are as follows:
minimum
loft opening size is 480mm long by 380mm wide and the ladder requires
an arc clearance above the ceiling of 710mm and a storage length of
1200mm, but these sizes can be checked by us on survey.
If the
ceiling height is to high for this particular model, you will need to go
for the 3 section ladder, all of the above specifications apply but
this one is also on special offer but slightly more expensive, it costs
£190 including vat, supplied and fitted.
